Kids’ Folk Dance Group „Mali Hamernicy” Group classes according to
regular schedule
The Group is the multiple prize-winner of Cracow’s Folk Competitions and festivals in Żywiec, Bukowina, Poronin, Rabka, Stalowa Wola, Przemyśl and many other festivals for kids in Poland and abroad. They made twenty-four trips among which there are: tournee to Bulgaria, Slovakia, Germany, Hungary, Estonia, Russia and Vatican. They were awarded with ‘Medal of Helping Hand’, Medal of Festival „Poland gave us the Pope’ and Medal of 10th anniversary of ‘Great Orchestra of Holy Help’ (Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy)
The Group has recordings performed in Radio and Polish Television as well as their own ones and those recorded during their visits to foreign lands. Classes schedule: Group management and choreography: Anna and Kazimierz

Kids’
Folk Dance Group „Little Hamernicy” was founded in September
1st 1984. This is an amateur group which works at Nowohuckie
Centrum Kultury. Group members are kids and youngsters of
the age from 5 to 15 all differently allied to folk origin.
Group consist of nearly forty people. They have already
given 500 concerts presenting authentic form of folk from
the region “Podhale Skalne”. They have the following
artistic programme: „By the river”(„Nad potokiem”), ‘Little
carol singers’ („Mali kolędnicy”), ‘Tending geese’(„Pasenie
gęsi”), ‘Kids’ Play’ („Zabawiacka”), ‘Flowers in May’(
„Majowe kwiotecki”),’Polish man becomes Pope’( („Polak
Papieżem”), ‘Little Cradle’(„Mała szopka”), ‘With our melody’
(„Na naskom nucicke”).
„MALI HAMERNICY”
perform for the institutions of social help, orphanages for
their peers proclaiming’ Everyone should open one’s heart’,
they started help for kids with inborn cardiac defects’ ,
advertising their own appeal of ‘Folk –Environment –Ecology’
making kids responsible for housing estates allotments and
city green areas. They realize ‘Lessons with folk heritage’,
they take part in such enterprises as ‘Mother’s Day’,
‘Grandmother’s and Grandfather’s Days’, ‘Kids’ Day’, ‘Kids
for Kids’, ‘Great Orchestra of Holy Help’ (Wielka Orkiestra
Świątecznej Pomocy) etc.
